Mindfulness is quickly becoming recognized by medical professionals as the top treatment for stress, anxiety and depression.
This 4 Week beginner's course is offered in two parts. Course dates for Part 1 are September 11, 18, 25 & October 2. The class meets on Monday evenings from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m.
