Drawing on 25 years of personal practice, Maria will guide you along on a journey of self exploration and self discovery and teach you how to apply the innate tools you already possess to live a more balanced and peaceful life.
As the popularity of mindfulness increased, I recognized a gap; while there is a lot of information out about what to practice and why to practice, there is very little instruction in how to apply it effectively in one’s daily life.
For nearly half my life, I have applied the practice of mindfulness to my own daily stressors and unexpected life challenges. The practice has brought me clarity, stability and calm in the highest staked moments and helped me to have compassion for myself though the most difficult times.
I know how to help you through the tough stuff. I will teach you how to access and apply the innate awareness you already possess to better navigate through your own life challenges. Your life will become your teacher and your own innate awareness will become a steady, dependable guide. You will learn and grow through your own life experiences.
