Practical Details
If you're new to mindfulness courses or classes with Maria, here's everything you need to know to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

This is not talk therapy, although it is highly therapeutic. A commitment to all aspects of the program will enable you to gain the full benefits. Following each session, you will receive session notes as well as additional resources to help you practice between sessions. You will be expected to complete the assigned homework and practices and note your experiences.

The sessions take place at Maria’s mindfulness practice studio, conveniently located in the heart of Williamsville, NY. Virtual guidance is available for out-of-town students. The 3-month program includes one 90-minute discovery session and twelve (12) 60-minute follow-up sessions. It is designed to ensure that you are able to apply the practice to your life in an effective and sustainable way.

90-Minute Discovery Sessions are:
$225 — Individuals
$325 — Couples
$375 — Families. Please note that family groups may include 3-5 participants and sessions are 2 hours in length.
60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions are:
$2,700 — Individuals
$3,800 — Couples
$4,200 — Families
Make-up classes follow single session rates for individuals. Monthly payment options are available. Financial aid is available for those in need.
