Mindfulness-based coaching for teams
Teams will be guided through a series of investigative practices to reveal the root causes of issues that inhibit effective collaboration, professional growth and job satisfaction. Members will focus on a specific task each week that will provoke a self investigation of their impact on the team’s success as well as where they may improve.

GRASP is a result-driven self leadership program grounded in the application of Mindful Inquiry. With GRASP, you are empowered to use the internal resources you already possess to manage stress, improve work and personal relationships and make wise choices that lead to an overall improved quality of life.

Team members will be able to recognize stress and apply practices that will reduce the unproductive use of mental and physical resources.
The team will develop an honest and open collaboration and will learn to relate to each other better by managing themselves and their own stress reactions. -
Using her proprietary G.R.A.S.P. method, Maria will customize a Mindfulness-Based coaching program for teams that she will deliver on-site or at a preferred location of your choice.
The program may be delivered as a full day workshop or as a 6 week program; 6/90 minutes sessions meeting once per week.
Team members are expected to participate in each group session and apply the practice homework to their specific area of need.
