Each week, a different mindfulness topic is featured, along with practical tools for personal and professional integration. Participants receive customized homework practices tailored to their unique experiences and goals.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to refine your practice, this lab provides a structured yet flexible space to develop mindfulness skills you can apply immediately in your daily life.

Cost: $50 per session

Commitment: Participants must register for at least 3 sessions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session
