Mindful Caregiver Support Group
This group offers a supportive space for caretakers to explore practical mindfulness techniques that enhance their well-being and improve the quality of care they provide. Through guided mindfulness practices and engaging discussions, participants will learn how to:
Manage stress effectively
Build emotional resilience
Cultivate a deeper sense of presence and compassion
The group is designed to empower caretakers with tools to nurture their own mental and emotional health, fostering a balanced and sustainable caregiving experience. Open to both professional and family caretakers, the program requires no prior experience with mindfulness.
