Mindfulness is quickly becoming recognized by medical professionals as the top treatment for stress, anxiety and depression.

This 4 Week beginner's course is offered in two parts. Course dates for Part 2 are October 16, 23, 30 & November 6. The class meets on Monday evenings from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m.

You will learn how to:

  • Become more aware of what you need to do in order to manage stress

  • Live more at ease by activating your body’s natural relaxation response

  • Slow down a busy mind
